The content of this site is copyrighted property of Infant Swimming Resource. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of logos, photos, images, Infant Swimming Resource name or other related materials is in direct violation of copyright and trademark laws of the United States, and may not be used without the expressed written consent of Infant Swimming Resource.
The information will be kept confidential and only reviewed by ISR LLC staff and your Instructor. The data collected by ISR is kept private and secure in accordance with HIPAA laws. We use secure sites and forms to collect all data, as well as secure servers to store the data. ISR will never distribute or give out any personal or medical information. On the first day of lessons you are required to bring a printed and signed copy of your registration form to your Instructor. At that point in time you will be personally passing the medical data over to the Instructor. At no time is ISR allowed to share that medical information with a third party, including the Instructor, which is in accordance with HIPAA laws.
